The spouse of our School Founder, Shri Rajaram Shankar Shelar, though coming from a rural background and not highly educated by formal qualifications, has demonstrated remarkable education from the perspective of her role as President of the “Apang Mahila Mandal Amravati ” in Satara, Maharashtra. She has been a dedicated leader for many years, managing both her home responsibilities as a housewife and leading four Self-Help Groups in the residential area. Her commitment to the well-being of the students is evident through her volunteer work at the school, including cooking, serving, and staying overnight at the girls’ hostel. This hands-on involvement allows her to gain firsthand knowledge and address various situations effectively. Additionally, she maintains a cordial relationship with teachers and school staff, ensuring a good understanding of the school environment, staff, and students.
Residence of Shahupuri, Satara Vanita comes with a diverse set of skills and a genuine passion for education and student development. Her spouse is also a Software Engineer and plays an active role in guiding and assisting the school with computer-related activities. Her extensive knowledge and work experience at the university significantly contribute to the school’s academic activities, serving as a valuable guiding factor.
She is a housewife and social worker. With a B.A. degree, she is actively involved in school activities and is responsible for overseeing the school’s finances.
She is a retired S.B.I. officer with a B.Sc. degree, who is deeply committed to school activities. With substantial experience in rural life and strong public relations in Pune, Wai, and Satara, she brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to her role. As the granddaughter of the late Shri Dadasaheb Altekar, the first M.P. from Satara District, social work is a family tradition. She is also actively involved in a religious trust and its activities in Satara. She engages regularly with the school staff and students, contributing to various programs and activities. Her efforts have been instrumental in collecting donations, both in kind and cash, aimed at the innovation and overall development of the school and its students. She resides in Pune.
She holds a B.Com degree and works as a counselor at a de-addiction hospital. A dedicated social worker and the sister of Rajashree Khatavkar, she provides valuable counseling to students about real-life challenges after schooling. She holds a B.A. degree and is a dedicated social worker. Her spouse is a retired senior officer in the Social Welfare Department. She actively participates in all activities alongside other female directors and is instrumental in handling correspondence.
M.C.A by qualification, she is a software engineer currently working as a senior manager in the R&D department at a MNC in Pune. In addition to her professional career, she is a dedicated social activist. She is the daughter of the late P. N. Potdar, a renowned museum curator and artist. Following her father’s legacy, she has been actively involved in social work since childhood.
He is a retired senior official from the Bank of India with extensive experience in rural India, having served as a bank manager in rural and semi-urban areas since the 1980s. Throughout his career, he has received numerous accolades from government agencies for his contributions to rural development, agricultural advancement, youth development, and education. He manages all correspondence and legal matters for the trust and school. Additionally, he is involved in two religious trusts and serves as an official in Lions International Clubs’ district activities. As the senior-most member of the trust by age, he is a dedicated worker actively engaged on multiple fronts.
